END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Xenia Diaz for the mobile application Second Number for Call & Text.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Xenia Diaz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Strict Restrictions on User Content & Behavior

Apple requires strict enforcement regarding User Generated Content (UGC) and communication apps.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse: You are strictly prohibited from using the virtual number to send abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or racially offensive messages or calls.

No Spamming: Automated telemarketing, bulk SMS spamming, or automated bot calling is strictly forbidden.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to review reported cases of abuse. Violation of these terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the service, and we may report illegal behavior to law enforcement.

3. Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple)

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Xenia Diaz only, and not with Apple Inc. However, Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.

4. Maintenance and Support

Xenia Diaz is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for this App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

5. Termination

The license is effective until terminated by you or Xenia Diaz. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. Description of Service The App provides a virtual second phone number allowing users to make calls, send texts, manage contacts, and look up caller ID information. 2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use this App. You agree NOT to use the App for illegal activities, including but not limited to: stalking, harassment, spamming, phishing, fraud, or spoofing emergency services (e.g., 911).
